We are 2 friends who originally met as a ‘builder and client’.

Over the years we worked together on a number of projects, both big and small before deciding we should start a building company together.

We bring our combined 35 years of building experience together to create a much smoother, more enjoyable experience for our clients.

 

Tom has been in the construction industry for 20 years and brings a huge wealth of knowledge and experience of managing a job thoroughly and solving issues in the most sensible manner possible.

 

Ben’s background is property developing and project management.

There are no onsite issues that Ben or Tom have not been able to problem solve.

Ben understands the need to be able to deliver a project on time and on budget.

 

We know first-hand how stressful a building project can be! Choosing the right builder is the first step to turning stress into pleasure.

 

We offer a full project managed service from start to finish at NO extra cost to you!

It allows us to be much more efficient in the day to day running of the project, It takes away a stressful element for the client, and allows the onsite build team to deliver the quality that we promise.

 

We offer the complete service, taking your ideas through to the design stage, and all the way through planning and then executing the building work.

 

We can get involved at any stage during this process if necessary or simply put you in contact with our trusted partners that we work with on a regular basis. From designers to engineers to Building Control.

 

MEET

We will come to meet you and discuss the project. We also offer you a virtual or ZOOM style meeting if preferred as the initial contact.

We can discuss the project and talk more at whatever stage you are at in the project.

 

THE QUOTE

We will give a comprehensive quote to you and sit down and talk through each element of this with you.

We know that there are always many questions at this stage and is often best to have a face to face to try and discuss further changes.

A programme of works with key dates will also be given at this stage.

 

PLANNING OR ADVICE

Depending on the stage you want us to get involved, we will continue to help and be on hand to answer any questions or give advice.

 

PRE-START MEETING

Normally a week or two before the job actually starts to make sure everything is in place and ready to avoid any delays.

 

DURING THE BUILD

Regular on-site meetings to ensure the quality of the build and regular updates from meetings with Building Control and any ‘outside’ professionals that are involved including sub-contractors, local Authority or Warranty providers

Making sure good communication is maintained throughout is key to a ‘happy build’
